一般而言，只要是能有被动语态的及物动词，其过去分词都可以作定语。这不是个例，你不能说之前没见到 felt 就否定它。例如：
their emotions are most deeply felt （被动语态）
their most deeply fet emotions（作定语）
the rivers are polluted. （被动语态）
the polluted rivers（作定语）
