2.粗体标记的这句话是陈述性质还是评论性质？陈述性质意思是"特朗普表示虽然遗憾但还是要退出"，评论性质意思是"特朗普此举坐实了这个糟糕令人伤心的角色"，意思相近，但是汉语翻译的说法有些区别，相当于自首和被捕的区别。这个sorry到底是站在谁角度上表达的sorry呢？

1. 两个现在分词完成体，表示时间早于谓语动词，看作时间状语或原因状语均可，后者更好。中间加 and 合乎语法，不加 and 是为了修辞（排比强调，两个短语过长也是一个原因），都正确。
2. a sorry role：一个令人遗憾的角色。网友不必考虑的那么复杂，这是正宗的陈述。没有评注性状语。
