定语从句中，指代动物用which还是who呢？

先行词 45 million Turkeys，后面的定语从句用了关系代词who, 请教老师，动物也可以用who吗？（我一直认为只有人才可以用who）。

这里是否应该用which指代动物？

从 so take it easy turkey.这个句子中，turkey作呼语，可知作者在这里把turkey拟人化了，否则怎么能对turkey说话呢？既然拟人化了，用who就是自然而然的事了。
