虚拟语气的问题

If we weren't together, I'm not sure you would have agreed to let me borrow the money.

1.这里是从句是对现在时间的假设，主句是对过去时间的假设，可按道理如果主句是对过去的假设，从句也应该也是对过去的假设，所以为什么不用If we hadn't been together呢？

2.这句话的主句是个复合句，虚拟语气的动词形式用在了了复合句的从句中(you would have agreed)，那可不可以用在复合句的主句中呢？有没有这样的句子呢？

此句有误，不要讨论和分析了。
主从句时间不一致。
此外，I'm not sure 是个嵌入成分，不影响原虚拟语气。错误在于它的宾语从句漏掉了 if 或whether，不能接 (that) 从句。去掉I'm not sure后，应该是个一般疑问句：If we weren't together, would you agree to let me borrow the money?
