非谓语要表达主动且表过去

请问为什么不能选择B=when she worked in the restaurant 而是选择A=while she was working in the restaurant.

如果非谓语需要表达主动的且是表过去的，那么应该用done还是ing？

这是分词直接作时间状语，现在分词作状语，分词的动作与谓语动作同时的。用过去分词为错误。这里是分词作状语，你不能按状语从句去理解。
