一段推文（来自NYT）Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp is making a play for Simon & Schuster, the publisher of best-selling authors like Stephen King and Hillary Clinton that raised a ruckus this year after releasing a string of hit titles critical of President Trump.

请问句末的“critical of President Trump”，是不是属于关系从句的简化结构，修饰先行词titles。

在Micheal Swan的Practical English Usage（第四版，P491页）有提到这个语法点，但只说了形容词available和possible这两个词可以这样用，书中例句：Please send me all the tickets available. (=... that are available.)

Tuesday’s the only date possible.

不知道其它某些形容词，是否也能这样简化。如果是的，那么这个部分是不是可以还原成这样：a string of hit titles which are critical of President Trump.
