我的理解：如果是你希望的，无需做梦。但如果你不希望这样，这反而成为一个梦。

这里 no dream 和not a dream是不是可以呼唤，写为 If you will it, it is not a dream.

If you will it, it is no dream. But if you do not will it, then it remains a dream.
1. will 在此用作及物动词。意为“极力要某事发生；决心做某事”。try to make something happen；be determined to do something。比“希望”的程度要大。it 指代something。因为是格言，用 it 更简练。will 的更多例句，仔细体会其含义：一个是“决心”，一个是“竭力”。
He was convinced he could win if he willed it enough.
如果他坚定决心,他确信自己可以赢。
This happened because God willed it.
发生了这件事是上帝的旨意。
