with 表示 “涉及” 之意，其中一种用法是跟表示 “不利、消极”的词语搭配，例如：trouble, difficulty, problem, wrong  以及 the matter（麻烦事）等，表示“对......（而言）不利”，引申为“不顺利、有问题、有困难、有麻烦、有故障”，等等。看作“涉及状语”。例如：
I have great difficulty with the boss.

Parking in the community is a problem even with small cars.

分析with 介词短语作何种成分，意义不大。重要的是，知道它的含义以及与什么那样的词语搭配。例如：What is wrong _____ your car?  你知道这里填 with，而不是of, on, in 。
