双层后置修饰可否看作嵌入式关系分句
She is the only girl I know who can play the guitar.
章振邦新编高级英语语法书610页上说这是多层后置修饰（这里是双层）：
第一个关系分句(whom) I know 修饰the only girl, 第二个关系分句who can...则修饰the only girl I know.
我的疑问是：
把上句稍加变动
She is the only girl who I know can play the guitar.
如此，可否看作嵌入式关系分句？

网友理解正确。前者是“双重式定语从句”，后者是“嵌入式定语从句”。两者意思大不相同。比较如下：
She is the only girl I know who can play the guitar.（双重式）
她是我认识的会弹吉他的唯一女孩。（I know 的宾语是 the only girl，所以译为“认识”）
She is the only girl who I know can play the guitar.（嵌入式）
她是我知道会弹吉他的唯一女孩。（I know 的宾语，是定语从句 who can play the guitar，所以译为“知道”）
