其实，你自己想一想，yours=your ships。to command和your ships为动宾关系。to command的逻辑主语显然是you. 即：

These ships should be your ships for you to command. 划线部分为不定式复合结构作定语，表示动宾关系。但这种表达重复、累赘，简化为上述结构。由此可知，虽然《剑桥英语语法》说to command的逻辑宾语为句子的主语，其实逻辑宾语是就是yours中所隐含的名词，该名词与主语相同而已。所以本质上，这个结构和have sth to do类似，不定式作定语表示动宾关系。只不过yours指代的名词需要主语名词予以明确而已。
