of 前后名词用法

请问老师 a life of glory成立，lives of glory 或者 lives of glories 都可以吗？ of 前后两个名词的单复数要一致吗？

理解问题，要有逻辑和规则。不是凭空想象。

a life of glory 光荣的一生

of glory：of + 抽象名词 = 同源形容词 = glorious

所以，无论 life 是不是复数，glory 不能是复数。

又如： a matter of importance = an important matter （一件重要的事情）

matters of importance = important matters （一些重要的事情）
