你的这个定语从句就是所谓“嵌入式定语从句”。即关系代词在定语从句中的宾语从句中作成分。如果关系代词在宾语从句中作主语，则引导宾语从句的连词that是必须省略的。如果关系代词在宾语从句中作主语以外的成分，则引导宾语从句的that通常省略，但不省略也是可以的。例如：
This is the book which I think is very important.
which 指代the book, 并在think后的宾语从句中作主语。引导宾语从句的连词that必须省略，不可表示出来。
This is the book which I think (that) you borrowed from me last month.
which 指代the book，并在think后的宾语从句中作borrowed的宾语。引导宾语从句的连词that通常省略，但也可以保留。
