这句很正常，在否定的比较结构中，as/so ...as... 都对。

不能用 so ，是因为：

so + adj. + a + 单数可数名词.（正）

so + adj. +  不可数名词.（误）

so + adj. +  复数名词.（误）

正误辨别：

I can’t drink as much coffee as this. （正）

I can’t drink so much coffee as this.（正）

I can’t drink as sweet coffee as this.（正）

I can’t drink  so sweet coffee as this.（误）

I can’t eat as sweet an apple as this.（正）

I can’t eat so sweet an apple as this.（正）

I can’t eat so sweet apples as these.（误）

I can’t drink coffee as sweet as this. （划线部分变成了后置定语。= which is as sweet as this）
