可以。rather than连接的并列成分除不定式和动名词外，还可以是名词、代词、形容词、副词、介词短语、谓语、分句……等等。例如：

Tom rather than Jack likes Chinese. 是汤姆喜欢汉语而不是杰克。

He was mad rather than brave. 与其说他勇敢不如说他发疯了。

He ran rather than walked. 他在跑而不是在走。

You bumped me rather than I bumped you. 是你撞了我，而不是我撞了你。
