书上说能接there to be形式作宾语的及物动词不多，例如：

We expect there to be no argument.

I want there to be no mistake about this.

Bill intend there to be a meeting afterwards.

...

又说，在某些只能跟-ing分词，不能跟to-不定式的及物动词后，要用there being形式：

The committee anticipated there being less justification in the second case.

我想请教老师：

是否可以这样理解：我们经常见到例如ask sb to do sth, 或 want to sb to do sth 这样的结构用法，

如果一个动词如果可以使用这种结构： V+ sb + to do sth， 那么也就可以使用 V + there+ to do/be sth 呢？

同样的推断，如果一个动词可以使用这种结构： V + sb + doing sth，那么也可以使用 V + there + doing/being sth 呢？
