高考题质疑四小时的路程（涉及连字符、所有格、单复数等）

这个高考题是在答疑网搜“连字符”看到的：

下面一题出自2004年的上海春季高考题：

The village is far away from here indeed. It’s ______ walk.

A. a four hour B. a four hour’s C. a four-hours D. a four hours’

答案是D。

我的疑问是，我觉得D项的a是多余的，比如，《牛津》a ten-minute walk

The office is ten minutes' walk from here.

而且从限定词的角度，这个a可以有吗？

另外，顺便问个小疑点，《牛津》hero词条：

The hero of the novel is a ten-year old boy.其中，ten-year old中缺少一个连字符是否正确？我看到答疑网有说ten year-old和ten year old正确的，此例句呢？

这个高考题就有问题了。相对于A来讲，A作为答案比D更合适，A只是没有连字符，但D是错了。

不可以说It's a four hours' walk

同理，不可以说He is a four years' old boy.

属格表达有一定的共性（只是作为参考用，不作为规律）

He is Tom's friend.

我们不说 He is a Tom's friend.
