个人感觉这里的may have caused更像是站在过去的立场对过去的过去进行推测，对吗？

2. can't have done和couldn't have done是否也有类似may (not) have done和might (not) have done之间的区别，当表示对过去的推测时？

3. may not have done和may have not done都可以用来表示推测，您是怎么区别他们的？may not have done可否翻译成“（过去）不可能做了......”；may have not done可否翻译成“（过去）可能没做.......”？
