两句都错。

He asked me that what I am? （误）  

He asked me the question that what I am.（误）

两句中，宾语从句的时态最好改为一般过去时，以便主从句时态呼应。用一般现在时也可，勉强凑合。

第一句句末用问号吗？

先不说句子结构，单从逻辑上讲，对于一个有“疑问”的东西，用引导陈述内容的that 引出，就是错误。如：He asked me that he wanted to go. （？）  就更不必说 “从属连词 + 疑问代词” 的错误了！

第二句的错误更加明显（网友说是“对的”）。the question 的同位语从句，能用 that 引导吗？

改正如下：

He asked me what I was.  

He asked me the question what I was.

He asked me the question of what I was.

后两句语法虽正确，但很啰嗦。
