关于第1句：I couldn’t agree with you more.

英语特有的一个语言现象，叫做否定转移（Negative transformation）。否定转移是指否定形式在谓语动词，而否定的信息焦点却在其他成分。not否定比较级便是其中之一。例如：

---What did you think of the film last night?

---It couldn’t be better.

“你认为昨晚的电影怎么样？” “好极了。”

I can’t agree with you more. 我对你再同意不过了。

【说明】couldn’t是“不能”，“不可能”，better是“更好”。“不可能更好”意味着“再好不过了”。当can’t 或couldn’t 跟比较级连用时，not并没有否定谓语动词，而是否定了“比较级”，因而更加重了肯定的含义。第2例，not否定more，字面意思“我同意你的观点不能更甚了”，言外之意，就是“完全同意”。

关于第2句和第3句：I couldn’t agree with you any more. I could agree with you no more.

这两句是一个意思：“我不能再同意你的看法了”。但是我认为，这两句话在现实语言中似乎不存在，好像没有这样的语境。not any more = no more，意思是“不再”，说明一个动作或状态，曾经存在过，但是由于某种原因，以后不再这样了。
