第一句话有两种改法：1.In fact,people are always the ones who mostly concern the world peace.（去掉 about）2.In fact,people are always the ones who are mostly concerned about the world peace.(注意有下划线的单词，是我添加上去的)，改完后的两个句子句义相同。

第二句话只有一种改法：1.This is a novel concerning peasant life after reform.

取介词之义。

我不建议您把 concern 的词义译为关心，不是很达义。
