非谓语做定语是主动还是被动呢

这不是被冰住的水吗，为什么答案会是freezing呢，求解!

句子开头没有大写。through 被你写成thorough。through the ice into water. 已经通过了冰层，into water, 这个water还能是冻住的水吗？那ice是什么？

frozen water = ice
