none at all与not at all的用法区别

个人觉得用none at all及not at all 都是可以接受的，但二者意义不同。None 只用来表达交际中所涉及具体对象的量，即在此题中只能表达coffee的量【一丁点都没有】；而not 则是否定much，【不多但有】。

比较：

—Do you drink much coffee as before？

—No，none at all (= I drink none now). My sleeping problem is getting worse.

不，现在我一点都不喝了。因为我的睡眠问题每况愈下。

—Do you drink much coffee as before？

—No，not at all (=I do not drink much at all now). My sleeping problem is getting worse.

不，现在实在是不敢多喝了。因为我的睡眠问题每况愈下。

我认为黎老师解答正确，表示“一点也没有”，应该用none at all。

not at all 表示“一点儿也不，根本不，完全不”用于强调否定陈述，好像强调的是事，不是数量。我的想法不一定对，请老师指教。

个人感觉，用 not at all 时，not 更像是否定动词 drink，而不是否定 much。
