look to do 还是 look to doing 辨析

以上look to do用法能理解。问题是可否look to doing，即上句改成look to deploying...?

柯林斯词典显示look to sb/sth. 指望，展望。因此，look to 作指望时解时，可否接deploying...动名词？

英语中没有 look to doing 这种用法。

look to do 是口语用法，意思是“期待做某事；计划做某事”。如：

I'm looking to buy a new car. 我计划买辆新车。（摘自《英汉多功能词典》新编升级版，p.998）

look to 可以作为短语动词，后接 somrthing 或者 someone，但是不能接 doing，具体用法如下：
