这句话对吗？关系代词可以省略吗？

定语从句关系词可以充当从句的宾语补足语。当然也可以充当主语补足语，其被动式便是。而且关系代词可以省略。例如：

He is not the fool （that）you call him.

He is not the fool （that）he is called.

He is not the fool （that）you consider him.

He is not the fool （that）he is considered.

不过，网友这个例句，似乎意思不太通顺。
