take care of后面不一定要接宾语吗

这里的take care of是动词短语，后面不一定要接宾语吗？怎么直接加了个and，还有well-fed形容词呢？

Be taken care of是被动态。

句意：（我）有权获得照顾、接受抚养。

这是VOA的例句，我去听了一下原声，中间那个and是多余的。现成的学习材料很多，总是搞这些不太靠谱的，容易浪费时间。
