I had enough of other people 我受够其他人了，enough 用作代词of后面如果接名词通常会接定冠词，形容词性物主代词等修饰，如enough of your coldness.为什么在上面的例句中没有特指限定词呢？

have enough of 表示“情绪”（受够了）时，后面的名词如果不特指，则不需要加限定词修饰，像抽象名词或复数名词。例如：

I'd had enough of academic life.

学生生活我已经过够了。

Is there enough of the blue material?

这是一个存在句。而网友的句子 have enough of 表示“一种情绪”。分析句子不能“张冠李戴”。所以，这句话没错，不应加 the：

在哪里加上定冠词呢？ enough在此是指量的代词，不可能加定冠词。have enough of sb.是固定习语。另外，other people在此是泛指，不加冠词没有错。因为本句没有上下文语境，所以特指没有明显的范围。如果有上下文明显的范围，可以特指。
