be cheap with,be mean about,be mean with用法一样吗

另外,网上找到一个be cheap with的例句,为什么是is been? Her husband is always been cheap with his money.

Her husband is always been cheap with his money.

应为 Her husband's always been cheap with his money. ('s = has)

网友应该多动脑子,is been 还是 has been?

The company is sometimes very cheap with the travel expenses.

Don't be mean with fabric, otherwise curtains will end up looking skimpy.

He has no friends, for he is mean about money.
