Sb is wrong to do sth. 与 Sb is kind to do sth.为相同的结构。

He was kind to help me.

= It was kind of him to help me.

He was wrong to sell his house.

= It was wrong of him to sell his house.

其中不定式为表语形容词的方面状语，表示表语形容词所表示的特征/性质体现在不定式表示的这件事情上。
