脱离了语境的讨论，都是没有实际意义的和结果的。既然是雅思作文，就要在雅思的语法规则内讨论。

1. 原文出现连词and，考试中，and的特征是什么？前后一致。前面是不定式，后面也要是不定式，前面是动名词，后面也得是动名词。原文and前面是不定式“to interact”，所以后面也应该是 to teach（此为作文范文，不是口语范例，漏掉/省略to是不规范的）：

   Teachers are expected to interact and （are expected） to teach each of their students ...

   可以看出 interact 和 teach 不是共用同一个宾语。 

   
   

2. 如果interact和teach要共用同一个宾语，比较好的写法是：

   Teachers are expected to interact with their students and teach each of them...

奇怪，刘永科老师好似“人间蒸发”？刘老师不但功底深厚，而且语法用得特别灵活，希望能听听他的意见。

可以这样省略，COCA中就有类似的例句：

I seek ways to interact and cooperate with colleagues on projects.

It works every time because objects interact and relate to each other according to physical mathematical laws.

As members of a school interact and influence one another, they develop shared understandings, beliefs, and educational practices.

▲由于interact不及物，其后的“with+宾语”在意思很清楚的情况下常被省去。例如：

The two ideas interact. 这两种看法互相影响。《简明英汉词典》

a sociologist studying the complex way in which people interact (with each other) at parties 研究人们在聚会中互相交往的复杂方式的社会学家《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》

曽老师是对的， 他所举的牛津高阶的例子与题主的句子也基本一样

interact (with their students）and teach each of their students in a way ...

老师与老师互动？一听就是搞怪的东西。老师用复数，是语法的要求而已，这里连有“老师与老师互动”这种可能的歧义都应该不存在。后面that 后的 their 自然也是指学生，而不是指老师 (作为其中一部分所有的..)

同意“语法探讨”老师的解释。否则随便省略介词，岂不乱套了。而把with直接加在interact后面，又会形成in a way that短语修饰对象变成‘interact with ’和'teach'。作者表达的意思很可能是：

Teachers are expected to interact with their students and teach each of them in a way that...
