请教一下，在诸如“keep in mind”“take into consideration”这类成语动词后面，要不要使用it作形式宾语？

为什么要呢？比如

We failed to take into consideration the large number of tourists attending the exhibition.

take后的宾语可以后置，没见过take后接that-从句，再往后置的。
