1. 在A 句中，as they have in other cultures, 引导比较从句。语法正确，但语义不明，不知所云。从结构看，they 是指“人”，不是指“泰国乡村工艺品” 。这里，have = have developed
2. 在B 句中，like those of other cultures，是介词短语作“方式状语”，可以置于句首。those 指代village crafts，语义明确。

关于第一句里的“they”
首先， 一般认为一种人是一种文化的产物(比如我们是中华文化的产物)（新概念4有一篇讲风俗的文章，可以去看看，以体会这种思想）。因此同一个人（比如这么说吧），同时拥有几种文化，是很奇怪的。
其次，这个句子，显然里面的they, 不知道是指另外文化下的人，还是指那些工艺品。

如上述，这句子本身都错，更不要说是否对称的问题
改：
1. ---> as those we have in our culture 如果是指人，至少指代上要对称 （假设把they换成we, 以免去they又不知道是几国人的麻烦)

以上的as是介词，有些人可能喜欢用 like
3. ---> like those of other cultures,
A like B, 工艺品对工艺品， 很对称
