1 seem to have done/ seemed to do

Seemingly ,he convinced them.
如果用seem来改的话
 He seems to have convinced them.
 He seemed to convince them.
是不是改成以上两句都行,怎么感觉第2句有点奇怪, 后面不定式是动态动词, 按照一般的理解,应该发生在主句谓语动词之后,  这样的话是不是和原句意思不相合了?
同样,
 He is considered to have invented the computer.
 He was considered to invent the computer.

 He is said to have done.
 He was said to do.

这些含义相等吗?

鉴于网友的实际英语水平,我只写正误,就不作详细解释了:

Seemingly ,he convinced them.

如果用seem来改的话
 He seems to have convinced them.(正)
 He seemed to convince them.(误)

(说明:这跟谓语动词seem 的时态没有关系,问题在于不定式必须使用完成体。根本原因是:convince 这个动作已经早于seem 发生。)

“发明电脑”已成事实,不存在将来。

 He was said to do it. (正)

“做此事” 可以在said 前已经发生,也可以在said 后发生。本句意思:据说他要做那件事。
