       这一句我自己划分了一下成分，that...episode是that引导的主语从句，intended 谓语，to dazzle me 宾语，what earthly object....comprehension是what引导的主语从句

    【我的疑问】

     ① that从句并没有“认为”一词对应，为什么多翻译了一个“认为”？

     ② what earthly object 是做 have的宾语吗？我查词典有 have sth in这个短语，我不太明白这个短语用在这里的含义，而且这个短语的介词 in 后面应该不能再接成分了，可是怎么还能接taking me in呢？taking me in又是做什么成分呢？
