most famous 前面为什么不用定冠词

我大概知道B不能选，因为名词属格和冠词冲突，那C,D有什么问题呢，为什么选A呢？

(1)介词of后面的名词必须特指，要么，用定冠词特指，要么用形容词性物主代词特指。

(2)形容词最高级前必须加上定冠词the,但是有物主代词限定，就不能再加the.

网友能够知道，物主代词或名词属格跟冠词冲突（二者取其一），这已经很不错了。不过，对C、D这两个明显的错误，怎么会有疑问呢？

在名词属格后面能加 are 或and 吗？
