这样解释：he是代词,说明主语he已经明确了,当然知道he是谁,所以已经明确不用who，对么？谢谢

whoever 引导让步状语从句，意为”无论是谁“。他是清洁工也好，他是你的顶头上司也好，你认为他都不该对你态度粗鲁。

网友以为主语用了he，主语是谁就明确了，这是错误的理解。he只表示一个男子，你完全有可能不知道他是谁。

用了感叹号，又是肯定句，逻辑不通。难道还要提倡别人对我无礼吗？？？

正确的表达是：

无论他是谁，都不应该对我无礼。
