available adj.能找到的；可获得的，可以作前置定语和后置定语，但是作后置定语更为常见，类似“possible”
(1)作后置定语 结构为“名词+available”
Since 1978, the amount of money available to buy books has fallen by 17%... 自1978年以来，可用于采购图书的经费已经减少了17％。
There are three small boats available for hire.
有3艘小船可供出租。
(2)作前置定语 结构为“available+名词”
According to the best available information, the facts are these.
