该句存在逻辑错误。that 从句是真实主语，it 是形式主语。that 从句的内容本身不能是“方便的”——“网购让顾客购物”这个事实是方便的？？？” 应该是“网购对于顾客购物而言是方便的”。让网上购物作主语。
改为：
Online shopping is very convenient for customers who rarely go out to buy goods at home as long as they have money.

Online shopping （主语）//gives/brings（谓语）//much convenience （宾语）//（对象状语）to the customers //（定语从句）who rarely go out to buy goods at home （条件状语）as long as they have money.
参考译文：网购给那些很少出门在家里购买商品/货物的客户提供/带来极大的便利，只要他们有钱。
