这是 “名词+ has it that” 结构，是英语的一个惯用表达句式，通常根据句首的名词译为 “据说......；传说......；据报道......；谣传......” 等。这种表达我们会用即可，不要用语法的尺子去衡量，也不要猜想用其它动词去套用。又如：
