He owes to Chinese company.

为什么这里要用to，欠钱不应该就是He owes Chinese company 吗？

应该改为

He owes much money to a Chinese company.

他欠一家中国公司很多钱。

owe+金钱/人情+to sb=owe sb +金钱/人情

The company owes money to more than 60 banks

这家公司欠下60多家银行的债。

=Blake already owed nearly £50 to him
