按语法规则，反义疑问句中的“附加问句”，在人称、时态和情态动词等各方面都要与陈述部分，取得一致。

当陈述部分中含有had better 时，附加问句部分原则使用hadn't。

You'd better read it by yourself, hadn't you? 

你最好自己看，行吗？

You'd better stick to your own principle, hadn't you?

你最好坚持你自己的原则，好吗？

had better 这个情态动词，带有“建议和义务”的口吻，在意思上非常接近should，所以，在口语中偶尔使用shouldn't 构成附加问句。

What on earth do you mean？You'd better tell us the truth of the matter, shouldn't you？
