run loose 的结构分析

It was such fun to watch it run loose in the park.

为什么这里用loose 不用副词呢？

run loose 有两种分析：

一是将 run 分析为系动词，其后接形容词作表语；

二是将整个的run loose 视为固定搭配。

run loose 意思是：可以自由活动的，没有被关住的。如：

(1) Our dog always ran loose. 我们的狗总可以自由活动。

(2) The lion has run loose. 狮子从笼子里跑出来了。

(3) The lions run loosein the streets. 狮子跑到大街上去了。

(4) They decided not to let their dog run loose, confining it to a fenced enclosure during the day. 他们决定不让他们的狗乱跑，白天把它关在有围栏的围圈里。
