赞同刘老师的解答。从理论上说，without后应该用连词or，因为without含有否定意义。不过，在实际运用中两者均可用，意思基本相同，只不过说话者对两个宾语有个体和整体上的侧重。比较：
We cannot exist without food or water. 没有食物或水我们就不能生存。《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》（侧重food和water两种不同的物质）
We cannot survive for long without food and drink. 我们没有食物和饮料就活不了多久。《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》（将两种物质看作一个整体）
▲ 在否定句中用or或and的意义是不一样的。比较：
She can’t sing or dance. 她不会唱歌，也不会跳舞。
She can’t sing and dance. 她不会边唱边跳。（即：单独一项是可以的）

1. 本句leanrt 是虚拟语气用法，只是一种假设，说话人并不关心一定“用电脑学习”这个动作，通过主句即可看出：主句表示“可能性”，未必一定去做。当然，改为learn也可以。此外，Children 首字母应该小写。
2. 在否定句中，并列成分通常用or连接，而不用and。
分3种情况：
（1）正常情况下用or 连接：
You won’t have to worry about rank or pay. 你不必担心职衔和报酬。
（2）若另个并列成分都有否定词，则用and，不用or 连接：
It has no eyes and no ears. 它没有眼睛也没有耳朵。
（3）介词without之后，并列宾语用or 或and 连接，均可：
No man can live without water and air. 没有空气和水人不能生活。
Man cannot live without air or water. 没有空气和水人就不能生存。
