不能说whatever 相当于 any , 只能说whatever+名词相当于any +名词+that。

例如：Any book that you see, 如果whatever 先当于any, 就可以用whatever替换any, 得到：whatever book that you see, 这是错误的结构。

作为融合型限定词，whatever 将限定词any和关系代词that融为一体，修饰名词。

Whatever 相当于Any, book 说明是单数，所以用is, yours= your book=the book, to take 作定语由定语从句 your book which one is able to take(can=are able to ）简化而来. 其实还可以用被动 your book which can be taken= your book to be taken. 表达的意思一样。前一个which 作从句宾语，后一个作从句主语。

整句要表达的意思应该是：你看到的每本书（任何一本书）都是你的（书），是可以带走的。（带走书的人，不一定是你自己，可以是任何人，这样理解从句简化才成立，整个句子简your book which one is able to take，才可以简化成 yours to take）。
