定语从句先行词 of those

A survey in 2016of youth from 18 African countries found that,of those who had watched CGTN,63% had liked the channel and only 13% had a negative view.

foun that 后面是接了宾语从句么？that后面加逗号是为了区别后面的of those 避免歧义么？为什么要用 of those呢？
