网友有这个疑惑，是因为没有理解这个句子，或者说没有理解动词inform在这个句子中的词义。inform在此为influence的意思，为正式语法。即希望这个结果对将来的。。。有所影响。inform的这个语义不可能有宾补。该词义的动词句型为SVO。

《牛津词典》inform something (formal) ： to have an influence on something

为什么不能填 to be intended 理解成非谓语做 inform 的宾补？

inform 不能接不定式to do复合宾语,因此就不能理解为inform的宾补

A:inform sb of sth

B:infrom sb that

My daughter informed me that she was pregnant.

A:inform on sb

Somebody must have informed on us.
