本题首先要排除 C，因为all of 后面接的名词通常应有表特指的限定词。

除了C之外，其余三个从表面上看都要可以。但根据英语惯用法，在肯定句中，用 all week 和 all the week 都可以，但在否定句，只能用 all week。至于D 中的 all of the week，无论是肯定句还是否定句中都属罕见用法。

all day/night/week/year etc: the whole of a period of time 为惯用法，表示谓语动作或状态的持续时间，时间名词前不用冠词，all为限定词。因此，答案只能选A。
