随着捐款源源不断地进来，我校明年的财务状况会好多了。这样我们就能集中应对我们作为教育工作者必需承担的最重要的任务：鼓励学生实现他们的学业目标，培养他们成为有责任感、靠的住的人,使他们对将来的生活有所准备，并在他们追求物质及精神满足的过程中给予引导。(翻译必用的重点词汇：donation /focus /attain/dependable/pursuit/individual )

Hence, we can focus on dealing with the most important tasks which we, as educators, must undertake: encouraging student to attain their academic goals, fostering them to become responsible and dependable individuals, prepare them to face the future life, and give guidance during/in their material and mental pursuit.

As donations continually come in, the financial situation of our school will be much better next year. Hence, we can focus on dealing with the most important tasks which we, as educators, must undertake: encouraging the students to attain their academic goals, training them to become responsible and dependable individuals, preparing them to face the future life, and guiding them in their material and spiritual pursuit.

1 donation在此处是可数名词，当用复数。

2 虽然汉语为“源源不断”，但却不能用 continuously，使用 continually 是正确的。

3 finical 应为 financial。condition 改为situation

4 student 应为 the students。此处的“学生”指本校的所有学生，为特指概念，故用定冠词+复数名词。

5 fostering 改为 training。foster 作“培养”解时，宾语为技能、精神、思想、感情等。后接人作宾语时，意为“收养”、“寄养”。

6 prepare 应改为动名词，与encouraging，training 并列，同为 tasks 的同位语。

7 give guidance 改为 guiding them。
