I think 是插入成分，放在定语从句里面。加不加逗号无关紧要，加了逗号表示停顿。
这叫“混杂式定语从句”。有时，定语从句的关系词与从句中的句子成分之间，加上
I think/believe/guess/expect 以及he is sure,they say 等插入语，这种定语从句被称为混杂式定语从句。例如：
Jocelyn is the only person who we expect will win. 乔斯林是我们期望唯一能胜的人。

关于这个句子，有人认为I think是插入语。这种插入语的解释实际是欠妥的。例如下句：
