【答】以下两种回答都对：
Everyone is here, aren't they?
Everyone is here, isn't he?
如果陈述部分的主语是指人的不定代词，如：everyone, someone, everybody, somebody, no one, nobody, none 等时，其附加问句可用they, 也可以用he。
Everyone has his own duty, haven't they? 每个人都有自己的职责，不是吗？
No one knows the truth, do they? 没有人知道真相，是吗？
Someone is asking for you at the gate, isn't he? 有人在门口要见你，是不是？
Everyone knows what money means, doesn't he/don't they? 每个人都知道钱意味着什么，是吧？

赞同刘老师的解答。章振邦《新编英语语法概要》就有类似的介绍：
......当陈述部分的主语是everybody, everyone, somebody, someone, nobody, no one等合成词时，附加疑问句当然可以用he作主语，但因为everybody, nobody在含义上有“全体”的意思，所以在附加疑问句部分也可以用they作主语，这在口语中很普通：
Everyone is having a good time, aren't they?
Nobody can do anything about it, can they?

everyone (或everybody)作主语用于附加疑问句时，如果含义相当于汉语的“人人”，表示集合的，而不是个别的意味，附加疑问句的代词往往用 they 。例如： Everyone present gave Mr. Jones a big hand, didn't they? 到场者人人都给琼斯先生大鼓了一会儿掌，不是吗？/ Everybody can't do it well, can they? 谁也做不好，对吗？（摘自《薄冰英语惯用法词典》）
Collins COBUILD English Usage 指出：回指everyone 或 everybody 用they, them 或their。
Everyone is here, isn't he?(强调单个的个体）
Everyone is here, aren't they?（强调整体所有人）
