有人说祈使句的否定式只能用缩略式，即用Don’t，不用 Do not，是这样吗？

Don’t be afraid of the dog. 不要怕那只狗。
Don’t leave anything behind! 别把东西遗忘了。

请问这些Don’t可以换成 Do not吗？谢谢！
